How often should I detail my vehicle?The answer to this question is really a matter of personal preference. We have a variety of recurring services plans to meet your needs. We can schedule weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed services. With that said, we recommend protecting your investment with at least two interior and exterior details per year.

How much does a detail cost?A typical interior detail will cost $110-200, depending on the size of the vehicle. A typical exterior detail will cost $100-150, depending on the size of the vehicle. Specific pricing for your vehicle, including add-ons and additional fees, can be found using the Interior Detailing and Exterior Detailing links at the top of the Home Page.

What are my payment options?We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Cash app, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is expected in full at the completion of the detail unless prior arrangements were approved.

How long will it take to detail my vehicle?An interior detail will typically take 1.5 - 3 hours. An exterior detail will typically take 1-2.5 hours. Our technicians have trained and developed techniques that allow us to maximize our efficiency without sacrificing quality and customer satisfaction.

Can you detail my vehicle at my work?We primarily do our work at the client's home, but it is possible to detail at a place of business. Wherever we work, we need access to power and water within 40 feet of the vehicle and enough room to open all the doors and still have space to walk around the vehicle. If we are doing exterior detailing, we always want to respect others' vehicles, so we would need to be able to wash your vehicle without spraying other vehicles.

Do you have a facility I can bring my vehicle to?Yes. We can work out of our garage on the northwest side of Grand Rapids if you do not have access to power and water or if it is more convenient for you to drop off and pick up. We do not have a waiting room and do not have the ability to provide rides back and forth. Due to limited parking, your vehicle must be picked up the same day as the detail.

What products do you use?We primarily use a combination of detailing products from Chemical Guys and Detail King.

Does my boat need to be on the trailer in order for your to detail it?A trailered boat allows us to do our best work, especially for exterior cleaning and detailing. With that said, we are able to detail boats that are on a lift or docked. We would need access to power and water within 40 feet of the boat and would obviously not be able to do anything below the waterline.
